I would love to do kind of an art trip

How wonderful, inspiring and fun it would be to see and marvel at other people’s work.

Very grateful that there are people who document their journey into the art space.

When you are predicted

as a story specially given from an unseen source

photo, very simple camera, in bad light – simply very big difference in tools

Yesterday I did celebrate my Mother

love you

she was always there for me

As a person and as a woman, she was my opposite – she was totally grounded – didn’t see what she didn’t want to see and saw what she wanted to see… maybe I was lucky

😉

Once/many times I said to her in despair:

– mother, I can’t handle this, it’s too much, I can’t be, to do what I have to do… I’m too weak, my strength is not enough. Sometimes the situation of my life looked very difficult – you could say, it didn’t look like a mother wishes for a daughter..

My mother always answered me, very calm (don’t know if she was a very good actor)

– Do not worry…you have your head in the sky but you also have one foot on the ground… you always land right

I feel so blessed for her words, for being my mother

2012 – me – my mother – about 5 years before she passed.

Every drop of sweat makes a difference

Every drop of sweat makes a difference makes the brain sharper

so interesting – clear – inspiring – awareness raising –

One needs, must take care of one’s tools – and it is so easy – just walk – work out

I had a very pleasant time with Prince Frei

If for a moment you can close your eyes, forget sorrows, horrors and fears… how wonderful it is with the future and possibilities.

The Phantom

😉

1997-98

1997-1998 – en underbar tid – mycket driv – massor av insikt och massor av humor. Det var en omstart i livet!

en insikt landar inom Fantomen
titel: “Letter From Diana”

it should look like print but it’s not. These works worked very detailed with mixed with, different papers, pencil and pastel.

detajl

Letter from Diana – has stayed in my studio since 1997, during these years until today, it has only been shown for 3 weeks at the Mölndals Museum, about 9 years ago, the same time as the book fair in Gothenburg. Somehow the painting got talked about and the Fantomen club (which was at the book fair) contacted the museum and would like to meet the artist. So, of course I had to stand up – was very shy – had to declare my love for a paper man, a cartoon character to a group of men… I had their undivided attention, strange and funny somehow!
